We don’t have any news for you this morning.

Instead, we’re sending our final email for 2025 - and we’re sending it to say a genuine thank you.

Thank you for subscribing. Thank you for letting us be a small (but hopefully important) part of your morning routine.

We spend a lot of time to carefully select stories we think are interesting, important or surprising from around the world. We’re incredibly proud that so many of you choose to read this email each day.

That said, we’re always trying to improve. If you have feedback, we’d love to hear it. Simply reply and let us know what you’d like more of (or less of). And if you’re enjoying the email and just want to say we’re doing a great job - we won’t complain!

2025 has been a big year for Equity Mates.

We released exactly 500 episodes. That wasn't deliberate. Just a strange (and very satisfying) coincidence.

Across audio, video, email and socials we now reach more than 700,000 Australians every month, helping people explore what's possible in the world of investing. Improving financial literacy is what drives us, and we have so much more we want to do. None of which is possible without the support of this community.

So, once again, thank you for being part of it.

We hope you’re able to take some proper time off over the break - with family, friends, and hopefully fewer screens and market notifications.

We’ll be back in your inbox from Monday 12 January, refreshed and ready for whatever 2026 throws our way.
